According to a new study, artificial sweeteners may do more harm than good.
Researchers found that people who regularly drink artificially sweetened beverages have an increased risk for such problems as excessive weight gain, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
Keep in mind here … This isn’t from sugar-flavored sodas. This is the diet stuff.
