Patricia Barnes recently ran into a restaurant called The Flood Zone in Erin, Tenn., and asked a woman behind the counter if she could use the restroom. They allowed her and she quietly did her business.
A few days later, she received a handwritten note from the restaurant in the mail. The note said that she owed the restaurant $5 for using their restroom, since she was a non-paying customer. See the entire story and the note here.
