A woman from Laurens has filed a lawsuit against The Beacon claiming that she found a Cockroach in her hamburger in 2010. The lawsuit says that Harris “suffered intense discomfort and emotional trauma and continues to suffer such discomfort and trauma to this day,” and believes that she is entitled to “compensatory damages for negligence."
