Pressure, fullness, squeezing pain in the center of the chest spreading to the neck, shoulder, or jaw.
Chest discomfort with lightheadedness, fainting, sweating, nausea, or shortness of breath
Upper abdominal pressure or discomfort
Back pain
Unusual fatigue
Unusual shortness of breath
Dizziness
Nausea

Drink alcohol in moderation.
Maintain a healthy weight.
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week.

Have a medical home where you see a doctor regularly who can monitor your health and spot potential problems before they become life-threatening.
