- Slice your to-do list in half -- the cookies don't have to made from scratch and the napkins don't need to be folded in the shape of a reindeer.
- Rest in the car between errands -- literally. Just close your eyes for a few minutes.
- Set activity boundaries -- only go to holiday events that are most important to you... turn down the rest.
