Traditional root beer has nothing on these St. Patrick's Day Guinness ice cream floats. They are creamy, go down smooth and totally count as dessert! It might sound odd to pour beer over ice cream but trust us; this is one recipe you will love!
Guinness ice cream float recipe
Yields 2 ice cream floats
Ingredients:
- 1 large can Guinness draught
- Vanilla ice cream
Directions:
- Take two pint glasses and fill a little more than half full with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
- Open Guinness and pour gently over both glasses of ice cream. One can should cover both glasses.
- Eat with a spoon and enjoy!
