Lindsay certainly doesn't need this kind of money in her possession, too bad she doesn't have SOMEONE in her life, like Britney, that can give her good, sound personal, professional and financial advice.

Can you imagine what would happen if she accepted the offer to be part of the next season of DWTS?

LINDSAY LOHAN OFFERED UP TO $550,000 TO DO DANCING WITH THE STARS _ A source says Dancing With the Stars has been talking about casting Lindsay Lohan for a few years now. Back in July 2010, pro dancer Tony Dovolani joked that he'd go to jail to teach Lindsay to dance. Mark Ballas and Derek Hough also said they'd be up for the LiLo challenge. In 2011, Louis van Amstel said Dancing would be a perfect new start for Lindsay because she could "get back out there, but in a protective environment."

... However, Lindsay doesn't seem to be interested. At the end of 2011, she said she'd love for her mom, Dina Lohan, to do the show. And TMZ is reporting that Lindsay turned down several offers to join Season 16 -- which starts March 18 -- with "offers that maxed out at $550,000."

... Lindsay still owes hundreds of thousands of dollars in back taxes, but she told friends she'd never consider doing reality TV.
